Steve is the Indigenous Director and Shareholder of Dreampath Recruitment with a strong history of delivering positive outcomes for Indigenous people through his businesses and pathway programs.
The achievements in Steve’s career have been recognised by key peak industry bodies, including receiving the awards in 2020 for NSW Mining Young Achiever of the Year and 7News Young Achiever of The Year. The positive social and economic benefits delivered through Steve’s Second Chance for Change Program to reduce recidivism is clear demonstration of his passion and drive to make a difference for Indigenous people, their families and communities.
As the Director of Dreampath, Steve wants to support the business and its clients with an understanding of how they can be part of the positive change process for many disadvantaged people across Australia. Steve wants to ensure that the focus remains on staying true to his passions of supporting community with access to employment opportunities that provide a meaningful career path for the long term.
