Kyra has over 18 years’ experience working for a range of companies to help develop and deliver Indigenous community engagement, recruitment, candidate selection and mentoring strategies.
Kyra has experience working in a range of roles in the civil construction and mining sectors for various companies and to build the capacity of leaders to work with Indigenous people and enhance organisational cultural competence and to recruit and retain Indigenous employees.
In 2014, Kyra was the winner of the Western Australian Chamber of Minerals and Energy Most Outstanding Woman in Resources Award. The Awards recognises individuals and organisations working to build a world-class industry which provides attractive career opportunities and enhances the recognition and participation of women in the sector. Furthermore, in 2017, Kyra won the QLD Corporate and Private Category for the Telstra Business Women’s Awards. This award recognises successful women from a range of industries celebrate their achievements and promote gender equality.
Richard has a career history spanning 30 years in finance and business management where he has applied qualifications in Business (Accounting), Law, Project Management and Human Resource Management.
Richard has supported Indigenous Communities with the development of social enterprises funded by Government and private grants. Additionally he provided Community with guidance on ILUA’s related to operations being conducted on Native Title Land.
Richard is passionate about developing community led solutions to the local issues and delivering the services in a culturally appropriate way.
In his role with Dreampath, Richard strives to lead the business, his clients and Indigenous Communities to work collaboratively to deliver tangible benefits for all involved.
