We are placing considerable emphasis on increasing the number of Indigenous employees in our workforce, and by working with new and existing clients, we are aiming to break the cycle of generational unemployment. It is the greatest way we can assist in ‘Closing the Gap’. By working together with our client partners to provide employment opportunities to young Indigenous men and women, we significantly narrow the path to unemployment which is too often the choice faced by at risk Indigenous youth.
