BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA – Protech and Dreampath are proud to be partnering with the joint venture of Bielby Holdings and BMD Group in providing recruitment and workforce solutions in Queensland’s south east areas of the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Wide Bay Burnett. The significance of this relationship is the coming together of four 100% Australian owned businesses to work on a key infrastructure project in Queensland to deliver local benefits to business and community.
The Bruce Highway Upgrade – Cooroy to Curra Section D project, is a $1 billion joint investment by the Federal and State Governments into improving Queensland’s infrastructure. It involves a 26km realignment and upgrade of the Bruce Highway to four lanes between Woondum and Curra and is a high priority road project. The Bielby BMD Joint Venture will be constructing the first of two main contracts on the Section D project.
A key outcome from the project is to work with stakeholders to boost the Queensland economy and be a positive influence in people’s lives.
Dreampath Recruitment, a Supply Nation registered business, will be taking the lead role of providing employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in the local and surrounding communities on the project. The opportunities for employment on the project will include apprenticeships, traineeships and general recruitment.
